Chris Ferdinand

Chris Ferdinand is a loan officer at First Home Mortgage where he specializes in unlocking maximum value for all his clients.  He has more than a decade of experience within the mortgage industry and has helped more than 1,000 clients achieve their dreams.  He has extensive knowledge of Conventional, VA and FHA loan programs, as well as in depth experience working with corporate relocation homebuyers.  In his most recent role prior to First Home Mortgage, he spent over eight years at a national homebuilder as the loan officer for their Raleigh division, covering the Triangle market area. 

Chris works tirelessly with clients seeking to buy a home identifying the best mortgage loan options available to solve their homebuying needs, and with existing homeowners seeking refinance options to help his clients meet their financial goals.  During his tenure, he consistently achieved independent third-party customer service scores of greater than 95% satisfaction, while consistently ranking among the highest producing loan officers within the company.  

Chris attended the University of Delaware where he achieved Dean’s List recognition and graduated with a BSBA in Marketing and Economics.  While attending the University of Delaware, he met his wife Jennie.  Chris and Jennie have two beautiful children, Maddie and Kelly, which he loves spending most of his time with while outside of work.
