I am very satisfied with Jeff Stempler Team regarding our refi. As we purchased our home with First Home Mortgage, Jeff knew that we were looking for refi because he keeps regular contact with his customers. In our particular case we were aiming to a 15yr loan in order to pay less interest and to remove FHA insurance. Indeed, Jeff offered us a fantastic rate without need of appraisal. The whole process involving Jennifer and Donna was very smooth. Basically, we are paying a bit more now but we save 12 yrs of mortgage! We cannot be more grateful!
