About Kyle :
Kyle is a young, ambitious, and conscientious mortgage consultant working out of the Crofton Branch. He worked as a processor for First Home for 6 months prior to becoming a loan officer. This experience has allowed him to streamline his origination process by obtaining all the necessary documentation upfront and setting clear expectations. Kyle specializes in first-time homebuyer programs.
Kyle is looking to set himself apart as the most honest and hard-working loan officer in the business. He understands that not everyone understands everything involved in the purchasing of a home and aims to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Originally from Upstate New York, Kyle moved to the area with his wife in 2020. He graduated from Grove City College becoming the first quadruple major in the school’s history. Kyle studied Economics, Finance, Marketing, and Business management. He also has a background in construction and property management.
Outside of work Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife Julia. They are expecting their first child in August 2021. Kyle also enjoys playing in competitive chess tournaments and bass fishing in his free time. He also is an active stock and commodities market trader and follows financial markets closely.
