Having worked in the mortgage industry since 1993, Troy Swiger has amassed a wealth of knowledge as a mortgage professional. His experience includes all types of residential mortgages loans, including the various Maryland and specific county grants available to first time homebuyers. Troy truly enjoys working with first time homebuyers, educating and guiding them through the mortgage process. Use of the State mortgage program is much more detailed than in years past, which makes his relationship with the buyers all the more important. While Troy can lend anywhere in the State of Maryland, the primary market he serves is the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area. Born and raised in Baltimore County, he has always lived and made his home here with the exception of two years in Salisbury, Maryland.
