      Krissy Lawson, a top producing mortgage originator in the southeast, brings over a decade of expertise to her role at First Home Mortgage. Originally from Lake Norman, North Carolina, she has called Charleston, South Carolina home since 2019.

      With a deep understanding of the mortgage market, Krissy is dedicated to offering personalized solutions that align with her clients’ unique financial goals. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of North Carolina Charlotte before transitioning to a successful career as a loan officer in 2015. Prior to that, she excelled in orthopedic device sales, specializing in total joint replacements for Johnson & Johnson.

      Outside of her professional life, Krissy cherishes moments with her wife, Ash, and two stepsons Henry and Preston, enjoying beach days, boating and offshore fishing with her family. In her free time, she indulges in adrenaline-filled activities like skydiving, explores new destinations through travel, and enjoying live music events.
