Testimonials For Michael

It is a rare privilege to encounter a professional of Michael Basch’s caliber. From the very outset, he approached my mortgage with exceptional diligence, intelligence, and care. He worked tirelessly on my behalf, securing the finest possible terms and ensuring that every detail was executed with precision and unwavering follow-through. His steadfast commitment provided a remarkable sense of assurance throughout the entire process.

Equally noteworthy was the effortless way Michael collaborated with my realtor, RJ Soni. Their synergy was unmistakable, united by a shared focus on making the experience as smooth and successful as possible. That rare harmony transformed what could have been a stressful journey into one of genuine efficiency and even enjoyment.

Supporting Michael were Jean and Amanda, whose poise, professionalism, and attentiveness completed a team of the highest standard. Together, they elevated a typically complex process into one marked by clarity, elegance, and trust.

Having engaged with other lenders in the past, I can state without hesitation that Michael and his team represent the very pinnacle of the industry. If excellence in service had a name, it would be Michael Basch and his team at First Home Mortgage.

Enjoyed the entire home buying process due to the great expertise and advise provided by our loan officer Michael Basch. Rates are competitive in general but First Home Mortgage, made sure we we were properly educated as we made one of the biggest investments. Thank you so much again First Home Mortgage, and I highly recommend Michael to anyone looking for a well rounded and experienced loan Officer.

I attended a lunch and learn seminar that Michael and realtor were putting on. The lunch and learn was extremely informational and set me on a better path while searching for a home. I went through about 5 or 6 different houses with offers to each, and every time Michael was extremely responsive, positive, and helpful in every way possible. Finally after just about a year later, I closed on my first home. Beyond thankful for the above and beyond effort Michael has put in to this process. He is very knowledgable and stays up to date with all relavant news. Would 10/10 recommend him and I will definitely be using Michael on the my next house!

This was my first home purchase. I had a lot of fear and anxiety about making this kind of a financial commitment. Michael really was the guiding beacon. I could not have had better luck in selecting him to go on this journey with me. He was prompt on keeping me informed. Even my realtor commented what a pleasant surprise he was in keeping everyone informed. He was available to answer any question I had, and on the rare occasion he was unable to answer he would call me right back. I highly recommend Michael to anyone to help guide them through their home buying adventure with confidence. For me, he turned a fearful experience into a happy one.
