Our only request in the future is that the various points of contact be identified earlier in the discussions. Even though we have refinanced before, the specific organization handling each part of the process was not foremost in our minds — to get things scheduled we often contacted the wrong individuals first. This was not a big issue, but given the amounts of money involved, any confusion in the overall process adds unnecessary stress.
