      About Chase:

      Chase Cusack’s commitment is to provide his clients the best customer service and be a resource so that they can make the best decision possible. Chase brings with him several years of experience in the mortgage industry. He started his career with Ryan Homes working for their mortgage company. This gives Chase unparalleled experience with anything new construction-related.

      Chase has worked with all types of buyers, whether they are a first-time homebuyer, a move-up buyer, or even an investor. He has a wealth of knowledge on FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional financing. He also worked with non-profit groups and local governments to assist buyers using grant programs.

      Chase is a Maryland native and grew up in Montgomery County. Chase then earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland. Chase now resides in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, playing sports, or just about anything outdoors.
