This was my 2nd time working with David. The first time my relator referred me to David, the second time I requested to work with David because he was so helpful and knowledgeable the first time. I have nothing but positive things to say about David, he really works hard to take care of his clients and makes you feel like family. David is very personable and punctual. Working with him saved me money when compared to working with a broker. In a crazy market filled with uncertainty, David was able to calm my nerves and help me achieve my mortgage goals. This will be my last home purchase for a while, but when it comes time to buy another house I’ll be calling David. I recommend him to everyone I know in the housing market !!

David always kept us feeling confident and got a lot of the pre-requisite requirements completed well in advance of the deadline/due date.
