Working with Lexi was great. She’s kind, helpful, and does what she can to make a very stressful time less stressful. The junior underwriter was the complete opposite. Lexi did a great job of stepping in and smoothing things over when things got difficult.

My husband and I are very happy we were able to work with Lexi on purchasing our first home. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and was able to help us get qualified in the most optimal way. She educated us the whole time about all of the aspects related to our loan and closing costs and was frequently available outside of regular business hours to provide us with updates and answer any questions we had. She really helped streamline the home buying process for us and we could not be happier with how it went. We would highly encourage others to work with her in the future as she is excellent at her profession and goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have a good experience during a potentially high stress time.

Lexi was so patient and professional, I asked the same question several times because I was not understanding and she explained it in a different manner each time to ensure that I understood the information. Lexi then learned that I am a visual learned, so she started to send videos explaining all of the numbers, which was so very helpful. Her patience and knowledge helped to educate me throughout this whole process. I don’t think it would have gone as smoothly if I was working with someone else!

Lexi was brilliant! She made our first time home buying so easy and she was helpful every step of the way. Even though we asked a million questions she was patient and understanding and always willing to help any time of the day!

Lexi was amazing and extremely helpful throughout my entire homebuying process. Over the one year it took to find my house, I sent her plenty of properties i was interested in to get accurate monthly pricing and finance information.
