This is the 2nd house Mr. Taylor has gotten for us. We wouldn’t pick anyone else for our loan needs. He gets you the best loan option out there and helps you with every aspect along the way. He communicates well, is very responsive, and keeps you updated with every step. Highly recommend!

Michael got in touch with me 6 months after the purchase of our home, as he promised, and IMMEDIATELY went to work on lowering our interest rate and getting us refinanced. He’s an absolute professional and I have recommended him to friends who are looking to refi soon.

They made the process smooth and easy. Some times you have to submit documents over and over. I was worried that was going to happen to me but it didn’t. I was grateful.

Mike was amazing in every aspect, from our first meeting with him. He listened to what we had to say and where we want to be – monthly payment wise. He went above and beyond to explain everything, he was always patient and promised us he will do his best to please us, and he delivered! He was always very responsive and we really feel he cares, he worked hard and it greatly shows. This was a more challenging mortgage because it was sale by owner, so no RE agents were involved to buffer the finance back end process. And the seller was out of state. Mr Taylor put together an awesome team of finance and title company all of whom worked through each challenge with positivity and professionalism. Interestingly the ratifying of the contract took the longest because of the seller’s schedule and distance, but in the end we still settled on the original date planned. I’m very happy with Mike’s performance and the performance of the whole team! And I’ll be calling on him again in the future.

Mr. Taylor is professional and courteous. He is available when ever needed. He meets with clients at their convenience and explains the process thoroughly. I will not use anyone else personally or professionally!
