I always thought homeownership was unattainable for me because of my student loans and poor credit after life had “lifed”. I began the process with apprehension, expecting very little, as to not let myself be disappointed with the results. Santana was able to tell us exactly what we needed to do so that we could plan to buy in the the following months. We first spoke in late February, then began the official process and search in late June and closed a few days ago. We’re not even fully unpacked and I have to sing the praises of Santana! She and her team were incredibly kind, informative and responsive — even on the weekends. We felt like we were their only clients! The homebuying process, on the mortgage/loan end, was so seamless and NOTHING like the horror I expected it to be. We have already referred 2 prospective families who, like me, do not think homeownership is attainable, to Santana, and more to come!
