Working with Taylor was easy. The homebuying process can be very intimidating and with all of the forms and bank/credit/employment checks, it can become overwhelming. Taylor helped navigate us through the financial process from pre-approval up through rate locking and working with the title agency at closing. In fact, at closing we were still able to get ahold of Taylor while she was on vacation when a question came-up that we needed her help to answer. Amazing dedication! Without her extra attention to detail our closing would have been delayed. She regularly provided status updates even when there were no changes to the status to ensure that we knew we weren’t missing any activity. If you are a first time home buyer you need to use Taylor as your lender! Taylor and the First Home team were truly amazing. We were able to get our mortgage approved two weeks before closing. It was our first time purchasing a home, we were completely new to the whole process. Taylor guided us through the process, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on where we were in the process. Everyone kept telling us the worst part of purchasing a home was the mortgage but we had the opposite experience. The mortgage process was stress free!
