Taylor was friendly and easy to reach and communicate to from the very beginning. Her and her team helped us understand what we qualify for, how the loan would work, answered all our questions, and have made themselves available for all help we need. She personally has kept in touch since closing to see if there’s anything we need and to let us know to reach out whenever we may need her.

There are no others like Taylor. She made us feel as if we were her only customers. She coordinated and responded to us during the day, night, weekends, and even while she was on vacation. Hands down the best Loan Officer I have ever dealt with!

If you are a first time home buyer you need to use Taylor as your lender! Taylor and the First Home team were truly amazing. We were able to get our mortgage approved two weeks before closing.
