I needed to get some important information about the home buying process on a Saturday and someone recommended me to Zach. I started my process with one of the well known financial institutions but after speaking to him that Saturday I decided to move forward with him. This was the best decision I made. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. There was never a time when I had to wonder if he’s working on my behalf. He would always answer his phone and respond to my emails. And I was always notified about the decisions on my loan. The process went by smoothly and I was able to close in one month. Zach was phenomenal, especially in a tough market. I began my home buying search at least 1 year ago (and had to pause due to our fun real estate market). Regardless of how long my search took, Zach was always ready, willing, and able to answer my many (and there were many!) questions. He was also helpful at providing detailed explanations and effectively handled last-minute hiccups (which were not his/First Home’s fault) during settlement. Zach never pushed me to jump on anything and always told me the plain and honest truth about what I could afford. For anyone serious about purchasing a home, I’d 150% recommend Zach.
